The Content of the ELP
In this programme, the training of the processes, principles and concepts of the EMERGENT Leadership Model and other new leadership paradigms is based on an optimal combination of theory and practice, so that the theoretical knowledge can be successfully applied in practice. A detailed overview of the programme is provided below.
COURSE PROGRAMME:
Module 1: Emerging Leadership Approaches and the Emergent Leadership Model
- Re-conceptualisation of contemporary organisations and identifying key challenges for 21st century leaders
- Traditional vs. emergent leadership paradigms
- Complexity Leadership for facilitating self-organisation and emergence of creativity and innovation
- The Emergent Leadership Model – scientific background
- 5 individual and organisational levels of the Emergent Leadership Model and their implications for individuals and organisations
- Strategies and tools for moving up the levels of Emergent Leadership Model for increased innovation and profit
- Key concepts and processes needed for implementing Emergent Leadership in organisations.
Module 2: The Psychology of Change
- The Psychology of Change. Understand the mind body relationship and its impact on performance
- The latest brain science and what has to happen to become more innovative and creative
- The difference between the conscious and subconscious mind and the necessity to have these two systems in alignment
- Specific change protocols to change limiting subconscious beliefs
- The energy systems of the body and transmuting emotional stress, accessing peak states and raising energy levels up the Emergent Leadership Model scale
- Understanding how great leaders think – build creatively on the tensions among conflicting ideas.
Module 3: Interpersonal Emergence
- Developing real collaboration between team members for creative emergence and raising individual and organisational levels on the Emergent Leadership Model scale
- Developing the five behaviours of high team performance
- Learning the key principles which accelerate team performance
- Recognising the states, beliefs and values critical to facilitating innovation
- Creating effective information networks for emergence
