Examples of tools and approaches used to address issues and objectives in 10 phases of the “EXCELLENCE” model

Following extensive research into currently used models of, and approaches to, executive coaching, Professor Hlupic has identified a need to develop a new, holistic, all-round approach that combines elements of various coaching models with her extensive expertise in personal development, coaching, mentoring and management education. As a result, she has developed the “EXCELLENCE” model, which is all-inclusive and more comprehensive than any of the other coaching models and approaches currently available world-wide.
